I'll start with the good points, they have interesting features on the site to try and get you noticed if you haven't regularly, also whenever you like someone's picture everyone who is on the home page can see it, this can be good or bad depending on if a person compares how they look to whatever photos you clicked like for. Also, features and gadgets do not replace the fun in interacting with real actual quality people.
However, in the features only select people participate, there is not a balance. Seems like most of the people work for the site or robotically say similar things to gain some sort of points? I don't know, or maybe they've completed that section long ago & just are not active on the site any longer.
In general the site did not seem as active as the ad tried to make it out to be, actually quite boring except for married men looking for flings, foreign women looking for money transfers and a huge amount of half naked women of all races looking for sugar daddies.
So, I set my choice of ethnicity for my match as "no preference" thinking i'd see a variety of choices of the color rainbow, but instead they personally emailed me a page full of people who were the same race as I am writing in the subject line pushing me to say hello and get to know them, also within the email stating that my "matches" were in my local area- but they were not all, just the opposite on the other side of the nation.
So I kindly return their email to express my concern as I explaned here and reminded them that while one or two same raced people of interest are fine, they are supposed to be an interracial site and pushing a page full of only one particular race that is my own onto me through my personal email defeats the whole purpose of being a member of an interracial site.
They responding by completely ignoring my concern and the subject of my response by generally explaining their site features and how to navigate their site.
I responded nicely by telling them I felt like I received an automated response and they completely ignored the subject of my concerns, actually totally ignored anything I bought up.
In return they sent a nice email saying they appreciate any suggestions I have for their site and have removed my profile.
What? Not worth the money. I had not even scratched the surface of complaining, just kindly addressed the emails they filled my inbox with. Not only are they careless as to what their members preferences are and how to relay that, but they actually do not care about how members feel or any suggestions they have to make their site and member's personal experience better. Good riddance!
After some research I found a much better popular site that people were raving about on youtube and facebook with real people and quality customer service, I get what I want and I am enjoying being a part of this interracial friendly community and the excitement of meeting new cool active people every hour online. I won't state any names because I am not working for this site, but if you look elsewhere I'm sure you'll find it.

In summary, I would not recommend Interracial Match to a friend.
